Kafkai will exhibit at Sangyo Koryuten 2026 (産業交流展2026), also known as the Tokyo International Industry Exhibition. It runs from 11 to 13 November 2026 at Tokyo Big Sight. Our booth is IT-58, in the IT, AI and DX zone. ※The venue map is expected to be published on the official site
We are bringing one thing: Kafkai Ver.4, which we released last month.
Why a Booth, and Why Now
Every customer I met in September asked me the same question about Ver.4. It was not about price. It was "can I operate this?"
That is a fair question. Ver.3 had buttons. Ver.4 has no screen to click through. You connect Kafkai to the AI agent you already use, such as ChatGPT or Claude, and you ask your agent about a site in your own words. Your agent calls Kafkai, gets the real search data, and answers you.
I explained all of this in the Ver.4 release post, and it is not a short post. But the fastest answer I know is not a blog post. It is to sit next to someone and type the first question together. In the demos I ran in September, the worry usually went away after the first answer came back.
That is what the booth is for.
Sangyo Koryuten is a good place to do it. The exhibitors are small and medium-sized companies and startups with offices in the Greater Tokyo area, and many of the visitors run companies like that too. Those are the companies Ver.4 was built for: companies that do not have a person whose job is to read keyword tables.
This is not our first time at Tokyo Big Sight. In April we exhibited at SusHi Tech Tokyo 2026 in the same West Halls (Day 1 report, Day 2 report). Kafkai was still Ver.3 then. This time, we are showing the new version.
What You Can Do at Booth IT-58
- Ask about your own site. Tell us your website address. We will ask an AI agent connected to Kafkai about it, live, in Japanese or English. You will see what your site ranks for, which keywords your competitors hold and you do not, and who links to them.
- Find your competitors. You do not need to know who they are before you come. Kafkai finds the sites that rank for the same keywords as you, closest first.
- See where the numbers come from. Kafkai's data is real search data, not something an AI made up. Ask us how it differs from asking ChatGPT about your site on its own.
- Get set up. If you already pay for ChatGPT or Claude, we can help you connect Kafkai at the booth. Setup takes about 10 minutes. New accounts get 1,000 free credits, and one credit is one yen.
- Ask about moving from Ver.3. If you were a Ver.3 customer, come and ask us what changed and what did not. The short version is in the Legacy transition post.
If you are not sure what MCP is, the protocol that connects Kafkai to your agent, ask us that too. It is the first thing nearly everyone asks. We also run mcpnavi.jp, a directory of MCP servers, so we are happy to talk about MCP beyond Kafkai.
You do not need to prepare anything. Your website address is enough. If you want to try it yourself first, the Example Prompts page has prompts you can copy.
About Sangyo Koryuten 2026
Sangyo Koryuten is a general trade show for small and medium-sized companies and startups in the Greater Tokyo area. The Tokyo Metropolitan Government and the Sangyo Koryuten Executive Committee hold it every year. The committee includes the Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Tokyo Big Sight, and the Tokyo Metropolitan Small and Medium Enterprise Support Center. We are a member of the Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry (we joined in 2021), so this show is close to home for us.
The exhibitors are grouped into four fields: IT, AI and DX; environment, energy and GX; healthcare, medicine and welfare; and manufacturing. In 2025, about 700 companies and organisations exhibited. The ambassador for 2026 is the astronaut Soichi Noguchi.
