Interview with Mr. Ohno of Tecruise Co., Ltd.
Mr. Yoshihito Ohno, the representative of Tecruise Co., Ltd., while trying several AI writing tools, showed interest in our product, "Kafkai," adopted it, and used it. He kindly agreed to be interviewed afterward.
*This is the personal opinion of the interviewee

Kafkai: We would like to ask about the overview of your business and your responsibilities. Could you tell us about your company's business content? Also, please let us know about the main tasks and roles you are currently in charge of.
Mr. Ohno: At our company, Tecruise, we are committed to the mission of "connecting the last mile of digitization" and are mainly developing IT total support, DX promotion support, and web branding businesses for small and medium-sized enterprises. In web branding, we provide one-stop support for digital marketing, including the creation and renewal of websites, SEO measures, and the construction of reservation systems and e-commerce sites. Especially for companies that want to achieve the best results within a limited budget, we excel in planning and executing web strategies that become the engine of business growth. As the representative, I steer the overall management and also stand at the forefront of supporting clients. My main role is to listen to the essential issues that customers face and draw out the overall strategy of how they can be solved through our services.
Kafkai: We would like to ask about the challenges and initiatives before the introduction of Kafkai. What kind of challenges did you face before introducing Kafkai? What efforts did you make to address these challenges?
Mr. Ohno: At our company and with our clients, we couldn't manage "content SEO," and there were three specific challenges.
The first was the man-hours required for content creation. To create an article with specialized content, it took at least half a day to a full day from research to creating a draft, writing, and proofreading. If we tried to do this in-house, it would place a heavy burden on the person in charge and interfere with their original work.
The second was quality control and cost. It was possible to request article creation from external writers, but finding writers who met our required level of expertise and quality was difficult, and even if we did find them, the unit price tended to be high. Additionally, the cost of direction such as giving instructions and requesting revisions was significant, and there was no merit in terms of cost-effectiveness.
The third was the depletion of ideas and lack of speed. When continuously disseminating content, themes and angles inevitably become stale. Also, even if we wanted to quickly respond to market trends and new keywords, the long lead time for production often resulted in missed opportunities.
To address these challenges, we tried various measures such as advancing the templating of articles and trialing other SEO tools, but we had not reached a fundamental solution before introducing Kafkai.
Kafkai: We would like to hear your impressions after introducing Kafkai and what you expect in the future. Please tell us your impressions at this point after introducing and using Kafkai. Also, if you have experience using other companies' apps or systems before, please tell us the differences. How do you think Kafkai will be useful for your company? Furthermore, how do you feel about the response of Kafkai's staff?
Mr. Ohno: In a word, my honest impression is that with Kafkai, "the content production flow has fundementally changed." The creation of article skeletons and drafts, which used to take more than a day, can now be completed in less than an hour using Kafkai. This is revolutionary.
Previously, I had tried several AI writing tools, but it was difficult to create articles that analyzed trend and market volumes to become keyword articles, and there were many unnatural parts in the generated text, ultimately requiring significant revisions, making them impractical. Kafkai automatically generates headline structures with SEO in mind, which can be used as-is in practice and smoothly integrated into our workflow.
In the future, we can confidently propose content creation services not only for our company but also for client companies. Since we have eliminated dependence on individuals and can provide consistently high-quality articles quickly, various uses can be considered.
I am also very satisfied with the response of Kafkai's staff. The online briefing session at the time of introduction was very easy to understand, and they responded quickly and courteously to questions about operations. I expect Kafkai to continue being an indispensable tool for the growth of our business.
