Kafkai Affiliate Agreement

Each participant in the Affiliate Program (the "Affiliate") offered by LaLoka Labs LLC (the "Merchant") for any of the services offered on kafkai.com (the "Site") currently through Rewardful (the "Provider") expressly agrees to this affiliate agreement.

This Agreement has been designed to protect both the Merchant and Affiliate of the Site. Please read carefully, and if you have any questions, please contact us.

Limitations

Affiliate:

  • Must not send unsolicited emails and must comply with CAN-SPAM.
  • Must not use bare affiliate links in promotional emails. The Affiliate needs to use a link shortener or internal website redirect.
  • Must not use the affiliate link for self-referral.
  • Must not send non-converting website traffic, including but not limited to bot traffic, microworkers, or any other traffic meant for manipulating the reward contest or any other purpose.
  • Must not bid on terms or names that are our trademarked terms or names outlined in this Agreement.
  • Must not publish or link to the Site from adult, gambling, or offensive websites.
  • Must not use advertising on Google, Bing, or Facebook to direct-link to the Site.
  • Must not register and/or use domains with our trademarked terms or any similar term contained within such domains.
  • Must not disparage or misrepresent the Site in any way, in particular using words like "scam" or "rip-off".
  • Must abide by Provider's terms of use, available at rewardful.com/terms.

Conditions

Affiliate:

  • Is solely responsible for ensuring that the Affiliate Link is set up correctly.
  • For a sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete the order form.
  • Agrees to receive email or other electronic communications from the Site that can include important changes to the Affiliate Program.

General:

  • Customers who purchase products and services through the Affiliate Program will be deemed to be customers of the Merchant.
  • The Merchant is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program.
  • The Merchant makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program or the Affiliate's potential to earn income from the Affiliate Program.
  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of Japan and are to be interpreted based upon Japanese law. If the need for litigation with the Merchant arises, it shall first be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court.

Affiliate is deemed to have accepted the terms of this Agreement by creating an account that enables Affiliate to participate in the Affiliate Program.

The Affiliate that is found to break any of the terms set in this agreement will be immediately banned and will forfeit their commissions.
