Changes to our Terms Of Use

Effective from 6th July 2023, we're making changes to Kafkai's Terms Of Use. If you're using Kafkai, we suggest that you look through the changes below and understand how they will affect you.

Changes to 4.d Refunds

With changes to our pricing and following our removal of the 30-day money-back guarantee, we're making changes on how we do refunds. Specifically,

1. The User can request a refund for the last monthly rebill within three (3) days of the charge, provided that there was no usage at all since the last rebill.
2. For one-time payments, refunds are only eligible within three (3) days of purchase and if there was no usage at all of the purchased item.
3. All refunds will be charged a 20% refund processing fee of the amount refunded.

Your window to request a refund after a charge will be 3 days after the charge, and with the condition that no usage was made. All refund requests, if granted, will be subject to a 20% processing fee.
